I think it is a rite of passage. I don't even have daughters and I remember when Sam did this at about age 4. Even if you have a budding hair stylist, I still say hide the scissors! Although, she does look pretty darn adorable.
None of my kids have done this (knock on wood). I simply cannot believe how old she looks. Wow.
So so funny! Did she intentionally cut bangs? Or was she just experimenting?She is so adorable!
