Today

It's been 7 months. So much living happens in a week, in a day. I have no idea where to start when 7 months have gone by. Maybe with today?

I'm 30 today. And I feel like I am really living the good life.

I got up at 5:30 this morning to start the day off with bootcamp. I did a total of 150 squats, 150 pushups (all but the last 20 on my toes!) and 150 full sit ups (in April I could barely do 10 without having to rest). Add in running 10 laps (3000 meters total) and I got my ass handed to me :) I usually run or bike or do something on my birthday that is a workout, it's my gift to myself, so it only felt right to push myself and show this new decade what to expect :) Tonight we have good friends coming over for dinner and drinks and I couldn't be happier.

I've got a lot going on, a lot to keep me busy in this new life in Austin that is starting to feel less "new" and more like regular old life. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm happy. Linc and the girls are happy. This is what life is about. xoxx

Happy birthday, Hannah!

I am so impressed that you would get up early and push yourself on your birthday. I would sleep in. That's the difference between us (well, one, anyway). I wish I had your drive!

Happy Belated Birthday Hannah.

Do you know how much I love my diligent canvas art that you did for me? Lots. Thank you still.

You look so good! You are just glowing. And you look so thin and fit! I can't think of a better way to start out a new decade of life that to be in a place you love, surrounded by people you love, doing what you love. Can't wait to see what you do with this next chapter in your story! Love ya!
